Eileen B. Gadsden, MBA, is a third-generation military veteran and award-winning entrepreneurial professional with over 15 years of success in business. She provides solutions for operational challenges using finance, marketing, and technology strategies. Eileen is also the founder of E-Region Enterprises, a strategic branding company, which uses performance, image, and exposure (P.I.E.) strategies to increase profit margins.
Currently, Eileen’s niche is helping technology companies and STEM non-profits develop and execute their financial goals. Eileen provides free mentoring to women and minority-owned start-ups to develop pricing models and to scale their business for economic viability for themselves and the communities they serve. Eileen is also is a blockchain enthusiast preparing to sit for the Blockchain Certified Expert Exam.
In 2013, Eileen was recognized by CBS3-Philly and the NAACP Philadelphia Chapter (104 Most Influential Women in Philadelphia) for her work as Chapter President of BDPA Greater Philadelphia (2012-2015), a nationally recognized professional IT organization committed to reducing the digital divide through education, career development, professional networking, and entrepreneurialism.
Eileen is a SCORE certified mentor and supports special events hosted by the US Small Business Administration in Philadelphia. She is the Immediate Past President for BDPA Philadelphia. Additionally, Eileen has served on the National BDPA Board of Elections and Governance, as well as multiple municipal, educational, and corporate IT advisory boards. Eileen holds an MBA in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies from Penn State University and a B.S. in Business Management from St. Joseph’s University.
